1. Platform Overview

RemoteSkills Africa ("the Platform") is an enterprise remote work marketplace connecting pre-verified African professionals with global employers. By registering, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

2. Verification Fees & Refund Policy

The $4.99 USD (Applicant) and $9.99 USD (Employer) verification fees are non-refundable one-time commitment payments. Fees cover compliance review, platform operations, and anti-fraud infrastructure.

3. Qualification Assessment

The qualification exam is a mandatory standard for applicants. Passing (70%+) grants Verified Talent status and job application access. RemoteSkills reserves the right to revoke verification if fraudulent activity is detected.

4. User Conduct

Users must not submit false payment receipts, provide misleading profile information, spam employers with applications, or attempt to manipulate the assessment system. Violations result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Employer Responsibilities

Verified employers must post genuine job opportunities only. Fake job postings, scam listings, or deceptive hiring practices will result in immediate account ban and legal referral.
